Food packaging production lines are the “invisible heroes” of the food industry, indispensable for everything from canned goods and milk to snacks and beverages. These lines transform raw materials into finished products through automated equipment and are widely used in dairy, beverage, baking, and meat processing industries. The equipment is mainly divided into general-purpose equipment (such as cleaning, sterilization, and conveying equipment) and specialized equipment (such as fruit and vegetable processing and meat processing equipment). Production lines achieve high efficiency through automated control, intelligent detection, and energy-saving design; for example, a potato chip production line can process 100 kg of potatoes per hour, and a biscuit production line can produce up to 36 tons per day. Industry trends are moving towards intelligent and energy-efficient designs, with some equipment already featuring AI monitoring and modular expansion.
