Iridium-based titanium anodes are core components in the electrochemical industry, characterized by high oxygen evolution activity and strong corrosion resistance. They are widely used in chlor-alkali industries, water electrolysis for hydrogen production, and electroplating wastewater treatment. The base material is a TA1/TA2 titanium alloy, with a coating of mixed oxides such as iridium oxide and iridium-tantalum oxide. Current density is typically ≤1000 A/m².

Key Features:
High Oxygen Evolution Activity: Excellent stability in oxygen evolution systems, with a lifespan of up to 10 years.

Strong Corrosion Resistance: Suitable for highly corrosive environments such as sulfuric acid.

Customizable: Size and shape (plate, mesh, tubular) can be adjusted according to requirements.

Applications:
Chlor-alkali Industry: Production of chlorine gas, alkaline solutions, etc.

Water Electrolysis for Hydrogen Production: Highly efficient oxygen evolution catalyst.

Electroplating Wastewater Treatment: Degradation of organic pollutants.

Cathode Protection: Prevention of metal corrosion.
