Product Overview

  • This product is an intelligent digital pressure sensor designed for high-precision pressure measurement applications. It employs a high-performance signal processing chip and a highly stable, medium-isolated diffused silicon sensor, utilizing a highly integrated monolithic design that significantly enhances product reliability. The product incorporates digital temperature compensation and nonlinear correction technology, enabling high-precision pressure measurement within the compensated range. Additionally, it features an internal high-precision temperature sensor for simultaneous temperature measurement.
  • Featuring an exceptionally wide supply voltage range down to 3.2V, it operates seamlessly with standard 3.3V embedded systems. The product supports switching between low-power and standard-power modes. Networking capabilities include operation as an RS48 slave, I2C slave, or SPI master/slave.
  • The product covers the entire pressure range up to 100 MPa, offering both gauge pressure and absolute pressure types. Its structure adopts the industry-standard φ19mm diameter, constructed from 316L stainless steel to meet the demands of most application environments.
  • This intelligent pressure sensor features multiple digital interfaces to fulfill diverse digital sensing requirements.
