Model Selection Precautions

The correct installation position of the transmitter on the process pipeline is related to the measured medium. To obtain the best installation, the following situations should be considered:

● The top – mounted and clamp – on flange – connected process flange generally adopts DN80 or above flange; the double – flange connected process flange adopts DN50 or above flange; the side – mounted process flange adopts DN25 or above flange;
● The diameter of the diaphragm is generally above 50mm;
● The distance between diaphragms is generally above 500mm;
● The insertion depth is generally more than 200mm greater than the distance between diaphragms;
● The distance between the side – mounted surface of the single – flange installation is generally required to be above 150mm；
● For oxygen applications, select the SK option and choose fluorine oil for filling at the same time. The operating temperature must not exceed 60℃, and the operating pressure must not exceed 5MPa;
● For double – flange installation and side – mounted installation, there is no need to confirm the insertion depth of the diaphragm, just confirm the distance between the diaphragms;
● Only one MG5600DP needs to be configured.
