Brief Description
The PM5600 series intelligent pressure transmitter is an instrument manufactured using an advanced double – beam suspended MEMS single – crystal silicon sensor. It possesses internationally leading ultra – high overpressure performance and high precision. The circuit adopts redundant connection and a fully plug – in anti – loosening module design. The sensor diaphragm chamber has a built – in dedicated circuit for signal processing, which realizes the personalized storage of pressure and temperature compensation. The circuit modules can be interchanged arbitrarily without re – calibration. It provides high – precision and reliable pressure measurement under high static pressure and high temperature ranges, and converts the measurement results into 4 – 20mADC and HART signals for output. Display and configuration operations can be carried out remotely through the three front – panel buttons, a handheld programmer, upper – computer software, and a mobile phone APP.
The transmitter can be used for the measurement of pressure,
differential pressure, flow rate, liquid level, and density. With its high precision, ultra – high overpressure performance, and high stability, it is suitable for application in fields such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, electric power, mining, cement, pharmaceuticals, food and
beverage, papermaking, sewage treatment, and municipal engineering.

Main Features
●Adopts an advanced double – beam suspended MEMS single – crystal silicon pressure sensor and an integrated high – pressure overload – resistant central diaphragm, featuring high stability, high precision, and ultra – high overpressure performance.
●The sensor diaphragm chamber is embedded with circuits for pressure and temperature compensation, personalized information processing, and personalized storage, enabling arbitrary interchange of circuit modules without re – calibration.
●The circuit adopts redundant connection and a fully plug – in anti – loosening module design, ensuring quick and convenient installation, as well as safety and reliability.
●The front panel can simultaneously display pressure value, current value, percentage value, percentage light bar, sensor diaphragm chamber temperature, Logo, and can also display the transmitter’s waveform curve parameters.
●The display panel can adjust the display orientation within a 360 – degree range, and configuration operations can be realized through the three buttons on the panel.
●The high – reliability circuit module is equipped with overload (overcurrent and overpressure) protection, lightning protection, and resistance to stro ng electromagnetic interference.

●High precision: The accuracy is ±0.05%, with a maximum accuracy of ±0.03%, and the maximum range turndown ratio is 100:1.
●High stability: The annual drift is less than ±0.05%, and the long – term drift is less than ±0.1% per 10 years.
●Ultra – wide measurement range: 100Pa – 40MPa, with a maximum of up to 70MPa.
●For the low – range pressure transmitter, the one – way overpressure can reach up to 16MPa.
●The integrated high – pressure overload – resistant central diaphragm in creases the one – side overpressure of the differential pressure transmitter to a minimum of 16MPa and a maximum of more than 25MPa, and the two – side overstatic pressure can reach 40MPa.
●Ultra – high – temperature pressure measurement: With a unique ultra – high – temperature manufacturing process, the remote – transmission transmitter can be applied to high – temperature working conditions of 700℃.
