1、What material is the titanium plate made of?
Titanium plate refers to a plate material primarily composed of metallic titanium, which is a lightweight, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant rare metal material.

Features:
Lighter than stainless steel
Extremely corrosion-resistant (resistant to seawater, acids, and alkalis)
Non-magnetic, with good toughness
It is commonly used in chemical industry, electroplating, seawater treatment, aviation, molds, etc
II. Differences between TA1, TA2, and TC4
1. TA1 – Pure Titanium
high purity
Soft texture, easy to bend, stamp, and weld
low intensity
Application: Applications where high corrosion resistance and molding are required (chemical equipment, titanium coils, anode plates)
2. TA2 – Pure titanium, with comprehensive properties, is commonly used
The strength is slightly higher than that of TA1
It is good in corrosion resistance, welding, and forming
Applicable to: Most equipment, pipelines, flanges, cover plates, and electroplating tanks
3. TC4 – Titanium alloy, with high strength and great hardness
Titanium + aluminum + vanadium alloy
High strength, high hardness, and wear resistance
Not suitable for deep bending, difficult to shape
It has better high temperature resistance and fatigue resistance
Application: aviation, molds, high-strength structural components
